Peeves, Charlie Weasley, Ted and Andromeda Tonks, Augusta Longbottom, Winky… These are just a few names that were left out of the movies and this rankled me no end! The movies don’t come close to the magic of the books. The realisation of the film sets was easy, seeing that J.K Rowling descriptions of everything were so detailed and skilled. While the movies weren’t all bad, they just do not match up to the books. One of the most disappointing things about the movies was how boring Ginny was! I couldn’t get over the deadpan Bonnie Wright and how far removed she was from book-Ginny.
