Boiled, scrambled, omelette, akhuri, whatever your preference, there’s no denying that eggs are delicious and for those who love their yolks runny, try this slight twist to the classic sunny-side up!
*In a pan add butter, garlic, sesame seeds, chilli flakes.
*Fry them just a bit so the garlic doesn’t burn.
*Crack two eggs in the pan and top off the eggs with multipurpose seasoning.
*Cover and let it steam for a bit.
*Done!
Covering the eggs allow the top of the eggs to cook a bit but remain runny when you cut into them.
Serve with buttered toast, garlic bread, croissant, sourdough bread is just eat it plain if you’re cutting out carbs.
